Insure for Travel came in as the cheapest senior travel insurance provider. Under most sections of this insurance you have to pay an excess if you decide to make a claim. Please make sure you're aware of the excess outlined in the "limits of cover" on their website.

Insure for Travel will cover people under 70 on world-wide multi-trips and under 75 for European multi-trips.

Help the aged- Travel insurance tailored for the over 50s

Flexi Cover will provide quotes for any person up to the age of 85 years. You can make sure your covered for European or International travel on both single or multi-trips. And if you're feeling adventurous they will cover you for sporting activities.

MRL- Over 65 travel insurance



Provide single trip and long stay policies for people aged 65 to 89 years and annual multi-trip policies for people up to the age of 74.

Travel tips for the over 50's



Before you leave for your trip you should make sure you applied for and received your European Health Insurance Card (EHIC), which replaces E111.

EHIC is free and being a UK resident you're entitled to medical treatment that
