If you're over 70s or receiving one of the following benefits you may be entitled to free cavity and loft insulation.
* Council Tax Benefit (not including single occupancy reduction)
* Disablement Pension Credit (which must include constant attendance allowance)

* War Disablement Pension (includes mobility supplement or constant attendance allowance)
