Members of the public aged 55 and over can visit the
Free Wills Month website.
A solicitor will help to draw up a Will that accurately reflects your wishes. In the case of couples making 'mirror' Wills, it is sufficient that one has reached the age of 55.
The service is free. However, the charities supporting this scheme "earnestly hope that many will see this as a chance to help their favourite cause" by making a small donation.
With the average solicitor charging upwards of £60 for writing a will we recommend taking advantage of the Free Wills Month. For more information please visit
