I am still picking up the pieces of my life following the sad loss of my beloved husband. In fact, this is probably one of the first things I have joined since I became an unwilling widow! I am a graduate, aged 60 and semi-retired. My interests are many and extremely varied - moved on from the rock-climbing and fell walking of my youth to the more sedate pleasures of tapesty, cross-stitch and crochet - although I do still go to the gym twice a week and pedal away my frustrations on the bike and pounding away on the cross trainer [very therapeutic!!!].
